. Main Technology/Construction Features1．Valves adopt OS & Y & BB structure design, and the valve body and flange are designed for the whole forging structure.
2．The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are welded with STL alloy, which has strong resistance to medium erosion.
3．The valve plate adopts a solid wedge structure. It achieves forced sealing by relying on the closing force of the handwheel, and the sealing effect is excellent.
4．The valve is compactly designed with strong flow capacity. It can meet the requirements of maximum corrosion of 6mm as per customer's demands.
5．The valve body and bonnet adopt the sealing design with wound gaskets or metal gasket rings. The valve stem packing is low leakage structure design, which can meet the needs of various special working conditions with low leakage requirements.
6．The valve is equipped with a padlock and an open/close position status indicator device.
