. Main Technology/Construction Features1．The main channel adopts double balls, the side drain valve adopts ball valve or needle valve structure design, with DBB (Double Block and Bleed) function.
2．The valve body adopts integrated structure, compact structure, light weight, which greatly reduces the risk of leakage of the valve and ensures safe and reliable use.
3．The main sealing elements adopt LIP SEAL sealing rings. LIP SEAL sealing rings have excellent corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and anti-aging life.
4．The sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are super sonic sprayed with tungsten carbide alloy (TC), with a surface hardness of no less than HV1150. They can resist the erosion of high-pressure media containing particles in the pipeline and be used online without maintenance for a long time.
5．Anti-blow out valve stem, anti-static structure and fireproof design.
6．The valve is equipped with a padlock and an open/close position status indicator device.
