On April 27, 2024, important representatives of ENI in Italy and ZFOD in Iraq, under the enthusiastic guidance of the CPECC Middle East project team of PetroChina, visited Xipai Group for inspection. This important moment not only witnessed the in-depth exchanges and cooperation between international companies, but also brought unlimited honors and opportunities to our company.Liang Guihua, Chairman of Xipai Group, Liang Yuexing, Executive President and other senior leaders of the company attended and accompanied the whole process, expressed a warm welcome to the visiting guests, and had an in-depth discussion on the common vision of the two sides in the past cooperation projects and future cooperation and development. During the visit, Chairman Liang and President Liang introduced the company's development history, business layout and leading position in the industry in detail, allowing the visiting guests to deeply feel the company's advanced information and automation and Xipai's strong strength and professional level.The guests visited the smart exhibition hall, flexible line workshop, rough processing workshop, finishing workshop, heat treatment workshop, assembly workshop and CNAS National Laboratory.Liang Yuexing introduced to the distinguished guests that at the beginning of 2019, the factory carried out a secondary technical transformation, deeply promoted the construction of industrialization and informatization, and used 4 years to build a provincial intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory. He said that the current factory informatization construction is only a prototype. In the future, the company will develop towards the digital economy, focusing on building a 5G R&D cloud platform, building independent stations and industry-level industrial Internet platforms. In the process of infrastructure construction, the company built the Faston flexible production line. The newly built Faston flexible production line is the longest (99M) automated production line in the Asia-Pacific region. The product accuracy can be improved to S+0.0020mm, and it can realize a dark light unattended workshop. The construction of the Faston flexible production line is only a pilot project. In the future, the production line will be gradually replicated to allow the company to join the ranks of domestic high-end valve manufacturing. Foreign Trade Director Kong Zhanling reported to the visiting guests on the delivery of more than 7,000 valves and the production progress of more than 1,000 high-end valves currently in production. Mr. Andrea, project manager of ENI, praised the factory's advanced equipment, clean environment, rigorous work process and 10S management system. He said that the production efficiency and product quality of the Xipai Group factory were impressive, and he looked forward to in-depth cooperation with Xipai Group in more areas in the future to jointly promote the progress of the project.Similarly, Mr. Khalid, the representative of ZFOD, also spoke highly of the production capacity and product quality of the Xipai factory.
