It has been approved as a national specialized and new small giant enterprise, Jiangsu Province Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory, Jiangsu Province Internet Benchmarking Factory, Jiangsu Province Green Factory, Jiangsu Province Quality AAA Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Specialized and New Small Giant Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Workshop, Provincial Five-Star Cloud, Huai'an Mayor Quality Award and other platforms and honorary titles.

Under the guidance of national policies, in 2019, an investment of 160 million yuan was made to carry out intelligent transformation and upgrading of the factory. In terms of intelligent workshop construction: the expansion of workshops and warehouses is 14,000 square meters, and other buildings such as rooms are about 12,000 square meters. Intelligent truss automation, vertical and horizontal machining centers, and 32 inclined rail CNC lathes were purchased. Finland's FASTEMS FMS and Germany's Zoller tool setting instruments were introduced to build the longest high-precision intelligent manufacturing flexible production line in the Asia-Pacific region (total length of 99 meters). It integrates 6 Japanese Okuma and Makino four-axis horizontal machining centers, 118 material pallets and more than 159 machined pallets. It has achieved efficient and continuous production, replaced people with machines, and doubled production capacity. At the same time, it ensures the stability of product quality. It also uses IOT platform information sensing equipment to connect workshop equipment to the Internet for information exchange and communication, and realizes intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, monitoring and management. In terms of enterprise digital construction: With the MES platform as the core, the workshop production process is transparent, production management is refined, and production control is real-time; QMS collects quality data in real time throughout the process to achieve full traceability of product quality; through the integration of ERP, PLM, SRM and other systems, the product life cycle is comprehensively and scientifically managed; material distribution automation is achieved through the implementation of the warehouse management system (WMS), and the production process widely uses technical facilities such as barcodes, QR codes, electronic tags, and mobile scanning terminals to achieve functions such as positioning, tracking, and control of materials. The workshop automatically selects (AGV smart cars or lighted picking), real-time distribution, and automatic distribution according to production needs. At the same time, through the integration of various systems, big data analysis (BI) is formed to provide a basis for senior managers' decision-making.
